Welcome to our charming home in Watergraafsmeer, Amsterdam Oost, just around the corner from Park Frankendael and Linnaeusstraat. This 100-year-old, 130m² house is spread across the 2nd and 3rd floors, offering a beautiful view of the iconic red brick Hof Church and the adjacent houses of the picturesque Linnaeushof.

The toilet is separate from the downstairs bathroom, which features a bath and sink.

The second floor is accessed through the central hallway and includes a bedroom with a 200cm-wide bed, and offers access to the large terrace. On the other side of the floor, there is a kids' room with a crib and changing table. This level also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
